Extremely poor and disappointing.

The booking and photo shows two beds. When we arrived there is only one bed with a make shift type of bed in the corner. When folded out you couldn’t open door to get out of room. The bathroom and kitchen was dirty along with the room. During the stay there was a loud noise coming from some type of appliance in the building that was a constant nuisance. Tried calling the contact number but never got any response.

Comfy, clean, really functional room

Great price, so clean, facilities were amazing, comfy beds, tv was great, room to hang clothes, fridge was a great size, shower in room, was absolutely perfect for our stay!

It was abit loud outside at night but this is the only complaint everything else was absolutely spot on and we stayed there for 3 nights

Good value for money. I suppose it's because it's a bit out from the centre. Nice and clean . Was perfect for our weekend. Nothing bad at all to say. Just wish we could have slept in until 12pm. Had a hangover to be fair ha. All 👍😊

Immaculate and comfortable. Little touches of a chocolate bar, bottle of beer and a bottle of water in the fridge was a lovely welcome. Couldn’t recommend more.

It was great & the bed truly comfortable

The bed was truly comfortable and I loved the fact that there was a small kitchenette with spices, coffee etc.

It was a bit difficult to get to the centre until i got used to which buses I had to catch and on which bus stops I had to stop. The bus 40D on Sundays takes a bit longer to come, every 50 minutes i think (in the afternoon) but other than that it was great.

Lovely place to be near Dublin

How clean was the room and all the house and the kindness of the owners. Anytime I saw them they were offering a charming smile and attentions for the room.

very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I would definitely be back.

Pretty far from central Dublin, but you can easily take bus 40D and it will take you about 50 minutes and cost 2.50 euro. alternatively a taxi is about 30 minutes and costs 30 euro one way. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, but not much going on there at all.

A true home from home experience. The minute you walk in the door it’s like a breath of fresh air. The room is cleaner than clean and super comfortable. Very quiet, we slept soundly. Location is perfect.

Super clean hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The kitchenette was well equipped with utensils, mugs, plates, small cooker, microwave and even a mini bar with drinks and snacks. There was also a big kitchen downstairs for everyone to use. The owner was very friendly. Overall - great value for the price.

The location was beautiful and the rooms were clean and perfectly sized. The owners were also lovely and very accommodating, made us feel at home the second we walked in the door. Nearby market, bank, bus stop, and all of the essentials. Easy transportation and peaceful park to walk around in.

The assortment of snacks in the mini-fridge is great and the small kitchen is really convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. Great price-value balance! The location was also not bad.

On the first day the heating worked fine but on the next day it simply didn't. This was not great, our stay was during a storm and the weather was a bit cold. Also the restroom was not super clean.

Great but good way out of the city

Everything was great but it was a fair distance out of the city meaning taxis were expensive! We found the bus was the cheapest way in but took nearly a hour to get there to the city. Overall I would recommend staying here just be prepared for long bus rides or expensive taxis
