The telephone receptionist was helpful and professional. The room was pretty, modern and with period details like the original victorian fireplaces. The street is period also and in the middle of the city—very convenient and nice

Like a lot of reviewers I did NOT receive a code by email to enter the property. The fact they know this and haven’t done anything about it is grossly incompetent. The master key system that allowed me to access the lobby door and the room door gives the impression anyone with a key for the other rooms could access mine which has disconcerted your customers quite rightly. You should explain your terrible and disconcerting systems to your customers to reassure them they are secure in a strange city.

The position of the hotel was great very central and close to lots of restaurants, shops, university buildings and bars

The apartment wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. One of the glasses was cracked and the dishwashing sponge was filthy
