The staff are absolutely wonderful. They were always on hand to help and always with a smile. The atmosphere was happy and welcoming from the minute we arrived until we left. My only disappointment was we asked for three single beds as we were 3 ladies in our sixties sharing. But the extra bed was a temp bed like a strong camp bed. But we still all enjoyed our stay.
It is on the main road opposite a big theatre and next to a pub so it does get noisy late at night.
Also the third bed was a disappointment

Excellent location - really central!
We stayed in a basement room, which was a bit small for 2 people, and the flush on the toilet was very annoying.

The room was very spacious it had enough room for 3. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great everything in close proximity.

Great location for the city centre. Room size was okay and we did have a quiet room on the rear of the hotel.
Room maintenance was not great with non-functioning window blind, non-functioning bedside light and difficult to use toilet flush.
