Flat was smelly with moist and dampness, not appropriate in any way. After complaining, the manager admitted they had a flood from the neighbours and didn't yet get the smell out. We gave up and took another hotel

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Beds were all very comfortable as was the sofa. Was very clean and great to have toiletries and coffee/tea provided. Location is good being 10 minutes from Monastiraki Square and everything else within easy reach. TV streaming service is a great addition.

Suggestions to make it even better: 1. Update the facilities list as it isn't accurate. There was no tumble dryer, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, wine/champagne, cookies/chocolate.. 2. Extra things in the kitchen like washing up bowl or plug (there's no way of washing up!), toaster, peeler, grater and a chopping board. 3. An information pack is needed to explain how to use the heating/air con, hot water, washing machine, WiFi, the TV etc. Could also include tourist information and maps.

We booked this property at the last moment because the previous property owner cancelled our request at the last moment. We weren't expecting much but we were surprised when we reached at the location. The place is really spacious with 2 Bedrooms and a living room. All the necessary amenities were available at the property. We stayed there for six days and didn't want to leave as we felt too comfortable there. It's at nice location, 10 mins away by foot from Monastiraki market and all other happening places. A special thanks to the staff for going the extra mile to help us. We forgot something important at the room, and they did their best to make sure we get those things back in time. If you are looking for a comfortable, spacious place to stay near Acropolis and Monastiraki then go for this one.

Very big and comfortable apartment. Perfect location at about ~10 minutes from Monastiraki and ~20 minutes from Acropolis. It was very easy to collect the keys without meeting the host in person. Having a washing machine is an additional plus.

the location was perfect, extremely close to the metro station and the Athens Acropolis and centre. collection key, was really easy. Apartment very clean and there was anything we needed, the kitchen has fully equipment.

it is a bit too noisy for the traffic even at night and the curtains are too light, the sun is shining and likely to wake you up at sunrise.
