The rooms are totally renovated, beautiful and modern. They don't match with the old building. The owner answered most of the messages on time, but unable to provide toiletries because there was not staff available until next day. :(

The building looks little scary outside because the graffiti. The building is old, especially the elevator, that I only used when I had my carry-on (in and out). We were not allowed to check-in early, not even 1-2 hours before. We had to get up at 5 am and landed at 9am (tired, sleepy, hungry. etc.) We were allowed to place the suitcases in an office, then pick them up to move them to the hotel.

Great location, 5 minutes from city center. It's next to a bad neighbourhood but actually it's not affected by that.

Small things, here is a feedback for the host: - you could easily switch to self check-in which is more convenient. - keep in mind that booking doesn't send push notification for new messages sometimes so you can better establish a whatsApp connection to your customers which is more direct and convenient. - the bathroom door can go beyond the limit inside the wall and it's a burden to pull it back. A stop there would easily fix it. - a lot of small kind of useless things occupy the space, which is not convenient since the apartment is already small. For example wifi pass could be in the wall instead of the table. Other decoration also could leave so the customers would have more space for their stuff. I personally put everything in the wardrobe and pull them back before the checkout 😅

I stay 6 nights and it was great, The room was very clean, comfortable and the staff very very helpful.
