Я поставлю 10/10 тому що ми чудово провели тиждень в Афінах, маючи можливість відвідувати основні історичні памʼятки пішки, або користуючись метро, яке в 7-10хв пішки. Кондиціонер працював добре, є блекаут штори, кава, все для приготування їжі. Стосовно відгуків щодо безпеки: за 7 днів ми жодного разу не зтикнулися з потенційно неприємними людьми, вулиця тиха і що дуже важливо - по ній не рухається транспорт. Є балкон з якого видно Акрополь. Але є мінус - інтернет дуже повільний, мій мобільний інтернет працює швидше.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a central location.

It's really not convenient to have to wait for 25-40 minutes for the water to heat up – and the tank must be pretty small because the water runs cold pretty quickly. But I understand this is a fairly common system in Greece, and not unique to this property.

The room was spacious and very close to the lively areas of Athens, in less than 5min walk we were at Psyri area which is full of restaurants and shops, also the bus stop was just across the street and the metro station is less than 10min walk

As mentioned in several comments the area is shady and doesn't feel safe, the Wi-Fi was very week and the apartment smelled of very strong cleaning detergent like Clorox that wouldn't go away
