Excelnte ubicación, cercana al centro. Sector tranquilo y seguro. Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones cumplen con lo básico.
Se podrían mejorar las instalaciones sanitarias o tener baños privados y contar con más insumos en la cocina como un tostador o cafetera. Las habitaciones están pensadas para un ambiente más familiar que para parejas.

Clean room. Clean and safty . Quiet . Close to the cencenter . Good communication with metro especially .
During the night was cold. We used candels to warm ourselves . I recommend to Think about this during winter time.

Diese Unterkunft bietet eine fantastische Lage - sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach und bequem erreichbar, und man hat viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um einen herum. Der Preis war (im Januar 2026) unschlagbar. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sauber, der Geräuschpegel war nur am Wochenende ab und an mal lauter. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden, eine Mikrowelle haben wir ein bisschen vermisst.
Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hat der AC nicht funktioniert, der das Zimmer heizen sollte. Ich habe versucht, dieses Problem durch Anschreiben des Gastgebers zu lösen, doch da wurde erst nicht reagiert und dann nur eine ebenfalls nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung für den AC an die Tür gehängt. Es war sehr kalt, zum Glück hatten wir zu zweit in einem Raum mit 6 Betten genug Extradecken, um nicht zu erfrieren. Dennoch: Miserabel. Im Sommer schwitzt man sich dafür wahrscheinlich zu Tode.
