The area was convenient and the apartment is secure. I felt safe. The metro is extremely convenient for saving money for your daily trips.
The bathroom floor kept flooding from the toilet for some reason. Also, the toilet sits in a small pocket of the bathroom and is very uncomfortable if you are bigger than a child. If they could fix this then the apartment is a solid 9.

Great location, literally seconds away from Metaxourgeio station.
Very clean, modern lighting. Staff were very helpful and replaced one kitchen hob that wasn’t functioning. They even gave me spare towels.
No soap in the bathroom, had to buy my own. Also, the apartment would benefit from a small desk or a high table.

We liked that it was in front of a metro station and generally speaking the apartment was okay.
We didn't like the area, it is very close to omonia (the worst drug area in Europe) with drunk people in front of the main door of the building. It was very unsafe, there were also quite a few syringes on the floor.
