Would definitely stay here again

Location is excellent . Metro is right outside the front door. Cafe across the street is excellent for breakfast. Mini market next door. Several bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk

The location by the metro, clear instructions for check in, quick response of host.

Water gets everywhere after taking a shower. It would be good to add a vileda for the floor so it can dry faster. Some noise from neighbors. Since there is space a dining table and some chairs.

It was extremely near to metro station. They allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than check in time. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful. Bed and couch were comfortable

The shower drain seems a bit clogged, water is constantly accumulating and not going away much. If they fix that would be great

Not again..!!

The location is great, right outside the metro, but it's not a safe place at all. There are always addicts sleeping right in front of the building. We even had one scary experience where we couldn't enter our own apartment because someone was passed out right in front of the door, and we were too scared to disturb them. The police didn't even care when we called. It's a really weird and concerning area, so families with kids should be extra careful.

Our first night was an absolute nightmare. Even though I had written in advance and specifically asked them to pay attention to cleanliness, the apartment had multiple issues. The bed linens were full of hair and stains, and the bathroom drain was clogged. The sheets smelled terribly and it was obvious they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. I had mentioned that my 2-year-old child has allergies, but they completely ignored my request for extra cleanliness. After I sent them photos, they did clean the next day. But that first night, we had to lay down our own beach towels to try and sleep. On our last day, we asked to leave our luggage in a storage area, but they refused and said they could only extend our checkout from 10 am to 11 am. It felt like they were doing us a huge favor, even though checkout is normally at 12 pm everywhere. It was frustrating because they could have at least tried to make up for the messy first night, but they didn't bother at all. Then, on the day we were leaving, the owner showed up just as we were checking out. She walked into the apartments without even greeting us or asking how our vacation was. There was no apology for the trouble. In short, she was a very rude host.

Not great but would do for one night if you had a layover

Good location

Despite the booking being for three people, only two towels were left. The pull out sofa was not made up and the only bedding available was a dirty blanket and pillow with no sheets. Accessing the property was unnecessarily difficult, the lock on our door was also faulty.

It could have been better.

We liked that it was in front of a metro station and generally speaking the apartment was okay.

We didn't like the area, it is very close to omonia (the worst drug area in Europe) with drunk people in front of the main door of the building. It was very unsafe, there were also quite a few syringes on the floor.

Pleasantly surprised- Amazing Location. Great Value!

Fantastic location - 10 steps away from metro which is 10 minutes from Acropolis. Very clean and good amenities. Quiet and well sound-proofed for being close to main road. Staff were helpful and prompt with communication.

Bed was a thin sponge material rather than proper mattress, which easily moved around and creased. Coffee machine was broken but not huge necessity.

Great stay in center of Athens

Host was very helpful when I forgot the keys inside the apartment. They responded fast and provided assistance. Great value for money (90e/2nights). Easy access to the metro station. Host agreed to do late check out. I recommend this place 100% and would most probably book it again for future trips in Athens.

The neighbourhood became a bit dodgy in the recent years. However, the location of the apartment was just fine and it never felt unsafe.

Big and Homey

Large, homelike first floor apartment just steps from the Metro, 3 stops from Syntagma. Chilled minimalist vibe, comfortable bed and couch, plenty of natural light, street views from both rooms. Floor heater and 2 R/C split system AC heat/cool units. Coffee machine and basic kitchen

Painted concrete floors were a little cool in early April. Some noise from neighbours and street, but nothing that prevented a good night's sleep. No microwave. Requirement to install a proprietary app for first access bothersome

Huge apartment perfect for resting in Athens

Very easy to get to from the airport with just two trains. We walked across the street to a hotel to get the keys and then easily figured out how to get into the apartment. It is huge! The extra space is ideal for more than one person giving you chance to do some work from the living room, while someone else rests in the bedroom. The space is tall, light and airy, and fitted with all modern conveniences. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Only one bottled water for 3 days 😂. But there is mini market next to the aprtment. I left two beers for the next guests 😂 I believe Bidet is not a European thing.

Beautiful studio apt. I booked it very last minute so was very good value. Location was very good. Close to lots of cool bars (5-10 mins walk)

Had to collect keys from a local hotel. Wasn’t a big deal but getting the auto locks back on will improve it. Communication was good though.

An apartment at a good price and with a very good location.

Metro station in front of the block. Parking space on the street for free, for 5 days I had a parking space on the same street. It was not an apartment loaded with a lot of useless furniture. On the third day, the owner offered us a new set of washed towels and cookies. The 2 air conditioners cooled the rooms very well. If you want to go to the beach, you have many options, arranged and free, where you can reach by bus.

A bit annoying with the code to enter the apartment, sometimes it didn't work, even though you entered the correct code. The sofa could not be extended, because it was broken. But it wasn't such a big problem, because it had a separate single bed. He didn't have a higher table in the kitchen to eat + chairs. If the shower had a door, so as not to splash water on the outside. I don't know where exactly the terrace was, I went to the top floor and there was a lock. A refrigerator, let's say acceptable, but there was ice on the walls, so it took up useful space.

The location, because the flat is next to the underground and the owner who answer very quick and paid attention to us until we were in the apartment.

The bathroom, because when we take a shower the water comes out and the floor was full of water. In addition, the sofa-bed wasn't comfortable because it was diveded into several parts, so your body can't rest properly. In the living room there were some bulbs that didn't work, so the ilumination was very little at night. Finally, the apartment that we were given wasn't the one that we saw on the photos. There are three suites and we werr given one different from the pictures. I talk with the owner and we were told that onxe you book the flat you have the option to choose one of the three suites, so probably it was our mistake.

The apartment was in a very good location, in front of the metro, all kinds of transport are close, shops, cafes. Neat apartment, everything was working properly. The owner was attentive and communicated all the time. I rented at the best price and in the best location. I was in 3 metro stops in Acropolis. You can also get directly from the airport by metro.
