Totul a fost perfect! Apartamentul este spatios, curat, dotat corespunzător. Locatia foarte buna, la 5 minute de metrou.

10 minutes walk to the metro station, large closets for storing things, first floor... not in the strict center but within a 10-minute walk there is a bakery, mini market and several interesting food shops. Parking is public, unmarked, free. We found one right across from the entrance and watched the car from the terrace, which is a great thing!
The pull-out bed collapsed on one side, but luckily the kids are small so we managed somehow. The view from the terrace is not promising, as is usual when it comes to Athens and Thessaloniki, I would say in this price range, it overlooks the entrance of the building and the large post office parking lot across the street. We were unable to lower the awning on the terrace, which is quite small and narrow. The shower brackets fall out easily, so be careful. Too small a dining table for a family of four.

Pudimos lavar ropa en la lavadora.
Cocina muy bien implementando, solo faltaba microondas.

Posizione vicina al centro città, in 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge. Anche se il quartiere è periferico è molto tranquillo e anche il palazzo è risultato molto tranquillo senza alcune rumore nelle ore notturne. Prezzo ottimo per l'alloggio ristrutturato. A/c presente, come la cucina attrezzata e gli asciugamani e teli doccia.
Alcune cose non erano perfettamente funzionanti, il miscelatore cucina non era ben fissato, una seduta del divano letto era sfondata(si riusciva comunque a dormire in una persona), un'anta della doccia usciva sempre dalla guida inferiore, la tapparella elettrica della camera non si apriva. Tutte informazioni comunicate al proprietario che sicuramente provvederà a sistemare.
