Excelente stay for short trips the personnel there went beyond.

Reception and cleanliness of the property. It seem like a great location, I don’t know much about the safety because we only stayed there for one night.

The building is located a bit far from attractions but for anyone with their own vehicle it’s no problem. Also a tad noisy due to the proximity of roads but that’s to be expected in such a large city.

Refurbished room. Much better than last time incame here. Very recommended for the price if you just need to stay and go.

A bit uncomfortable that the lobby and some facilities are being refurbished, but dont really affect your stay.

I was very disappointed

I truly like the breakfast area. Very clean and organized.

The hotel does not look anything like the pictures anymore; it’s evident that it has deteriorated significantly. I had to change rooms three times due to various issues. Many parts of the hotel room were broken or damaged, and the furniture in the rooms was in poor condition. Overall, the stay was not as expected and was quite disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improve.

The place was clean. That is it.

The staff was not friendly at all. Customer service was non-existent. Room service took 2 hours to get to our room. The worst customer service I've had in Mexico. The bed was not a queen. The bed frame was queen but the mattress was a full.

parking was extra, bed was kinda hard and small, bathroom was extra small, hallways are outdated, towels are old and ripping. went to check the buffet but didn’t look good and the staff didn’t even turn to look at us when we walked in

My room was facing the highway. I could hear the semi trucks all night… I’ve sent some clothes to the laundry. They didn’t give my clothes back in time and my shirt came back dirty…

Comfortable and Affordable with a Really Good Restaurant

Reasonably comfortable with a beautiful view. It was a wonderful and comfortable experience. The restaurant had really high quality food, and a basic selection of drinks. The service was exceptional.

There was a bit of noise between rooms, and the WiFi was difficult to figure out. Once I got online, it was fine, but being busy on a work trip with my family, it took a lot longer than I had to figure it out.

Good place, great staff, comfortable.

The Food is good and the restaurant service is very nice. However, the menu is very limited with not many options for vegetarian people. They only serve chicken or beef dishes, not fish. Have to create my own options, but still limited. The staff is very nice and friendly people, especially restaurant and room services.

They dont respect prices give by booking.com, I was charge 40 dollars more than booking.com The shower are very dangerous The mattress are bigger than the frames and they move every time you turn at night. The complementary coffee not enough coffee
