I don’t even know where to start—everything was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right next to the pier but still very quiet. The breakfast was extraordinary, with an incredible variety of food—truly something for everyone. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. We mostly interacted with the receptionists—Lara, Luane, Romana, and Floe—and they were all outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Check-in and check-out were exceptional. Even after we checked out, they let us continue using all the facilities and provided towels so we could shower before leaving, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s also a snack bar where we enjoyed cookies and tea, and we absolutely loved their cachaça drink! This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. I would never consider staying anywhere else if I return to Ilha Grande—highly, highly recommended!

Facilities were nice (specially de pool and common areas like the room where you have breakfast), bedroom was very clean and big and was good located if you want to be in the middle of Abraaõ and close to the pier/taxi boats/nice restaurants

Staff could be nicer and more welcoming Location was good but very close to the village center so was a bit noisy It's clearly an hotel for families, so if you want to stay quiet in the pool is very difficult You could find cheaper options for what it gives

Excellent location

Excellent location with only a few minutes from the peer! The breakfast was okay. Lots of cakes but glad we were able to have eggs after asking the staff. Nice room and reception.

due to construction next to the pool we can’t use the pool. thought is a beach front hotel but it is actually not. is a busy street in front of the hotel then the sand. breakfast disappointing

Beautiful and central location

The location is fantastic. It is so wonderful to breakfast with a beautiful view of the ocean. And it is right in the center of the little town. We also love the pool area which has games to play with like a pool table.

The room was a bit small for 4 people. It was managable, and we will always choose this hotel (it was the third time we were there). But we could have wished for a larger room.

very convenient to everything and nice rooms- lots of good amenities

i took some cake from the brunch to eat in the room and was chased by staff who said I could not take it. This was fine as then I knew but then the lady took it and threw it out which seemed ridiculous and unnecessary as the same cake is left in the lobby later for guests to take to their room. just a strange experience. The owner was also not very friendly- seemed to scowl at us often which could have been the cake incident. lol

very traditional Brazilian stay! worth staying at to visit the island

it was comfortable, aircon was great, breakfast was good lots of fresh fruit, cheeses, cold meats, breads, fresh juice to drink, coffee.

We had some very very noisy neighbours both sides of us who made a lot of noise coming in past 10pm. For breakfast could possibly of done with some bacon and eggs in the hot dish as well as your sausages you had.

Well located Pousada

Nice lobby and restaurant, the room was clean. The beds were confortable.

The houses needs painting and the bathroom needs to be renovated. Our children opened the glassdoor to the shower wich broke in a thousand pieces and cut their feet and scared us all a lot. No one offered us any compensation for this. The staff was nice but we found glass in our room for many days after our incident, so cleaning could be improved.

Simple hotel for a good price. Has a swimming pool, but not very large and can be overcrowded. Breakfast is good

You have to pay for beach towels. Service is lazy. Garden had some construction material and a big water reservoir close to the swimming pool

I'd come back a 100 times.

The location is amazing, taxi boats will take you back almost to the door of the hotel. The facilities are kept clean and pool towels are provided as needed. Breakfast was amazon. Don't miss out on the tapioca. The rooms are spacious and the garden is kept tidy.

Beware, if you want a very quiet place you might want to book outside of Vila do Abraao. This hotel is located right where thing happen in Abraao. You will be able to hear the sound of music and drums from the main square if you stay. Although the place is very quiet, the loud noises from the town are heard clearly but not loudly. If you close the windows and curtains it should be fine (at least for me).

Es un lugar muy bonito, tiene espacios comunes muy bien habilitados con sala de juegos y piscina. Tiene muy buena ubicación porque está central pero a la vez es tranquilo y silencioso.

Es recomendable que pudieran poner un implemento para colgar la ropa húmeda.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, com boas acomodações e café da manhã. Dispõe de filtro de agua e maquina de gelo, o que contribuiu muito para nossos dias. Piscina e sauna bem cuidados. As funcionárias da recepção foram atenciosas e solicitas qdo precisamos. Uma ótima pousada!

O que me incomodou demais foi o atendimento do dono da pousada. Imagino que não deva ser facil a alta temporada, mas esse é um problema do empresario. Já eu, estava em minha semana de férias de verão com a familia, para qual fizemos planejamento e alto investimento financeiro. Ele não fazia questão nenhuma em demostrar hospitalidade, rude e frio em todos as vezes que tivemos contato com ele (recepção para pegarmos toalhas para a piscina e no café da manhã (impaciente e indelicado). Posso dar mais detalhes caso necessário!

O que mais gostamos sempre é a localização e o café da manhã mto bem servido.

A sauna ter um horário específico e curto para ficar ligada. Poderia ser ligada ao menos em 2 horários no dia.

O banheiro não tinha janela e era aberto. Ruim para quem precisa de mais provacidade. e E faltou espaço no quarto para pendurar roupa molhada; não tinha sequer ganchos no banheiro ou fora banheiro e dentro do quarto. Roupa não secava...
