We had a good time.

Cute apartment that had everything we needed.

Security was not 100% which isn’t good for Brasil since the window couldn’t look. The owner didnt do anything about it after we told him.

Super basic, ok for a short stay

The lady at reception was really kind and helped us plan our transfer to Rio, as well as trips on the island. Communication before and during our stay was quick and easy, and our room was cleaned on request.

The room was tiny, with no place to store your bags so it was hard to move around. The lights were fluorescent strip lights that were horrible in the morning/before bed. Bathroom wasn't fully sealed, so lots of mosquitos came in. There wasn't really much space to sit outside, and if you did you were just looking at people's tents, there's no "view".

Everything was superb

It was so clean including kitchen, toilets-shower rooms and common area. I saw the staff did the cleaning twice a day. Additionally, they were so kind and helpful. Nice location where you can conveniently reach everywhere and stay peaceful.

Superior cabin

Lovely staff, let us check in early once room was ready. Superior cabin had comfortable bed. The ceilings are sloped so if you're tall it is quite difficult to get down the sides of the bed. Air-conditioning was effective but very loud and difficult to sleep with it on. Other facilities were good - showers had good water pressure and were hot. Toilets clean. Kitchen well-equipped and clean.

Comfortable, clean room and very friendly staff

We stayed in the private ensuite room. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s got a well equipped kitchen. The staff here are so nice and helped us booked a tour. Overall, definitely recommend.

The Staff was very nice and helpful and they did everything to make the guests feel comfortable. The place was maintained very well and super clean.

There is no place to sit and work or read after 21:00 . Tables and chairs are taken away and everyone has zto get to his/her tent or hut.

We stayed in a double room. Quiet location. Kitchen available in the camping area. nice clean room with mozzie screen on the window and a fan. Marina at reception was really friendly and helpful. room cleaning every second day. great internet. Tours available.

perfect stay

the staff were exceptionally welcoming going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your stay! kept regular communication throughout our stay giving tips and advice of local attractions/activities and booking them in for us:) also enjoyed that there was a fridge in the private room which was great during our stay:)

it was a little difficult to find from the Main Street when you get dropped off from the boats, but locals went out of their way to help us get there but even they were struggling to find it! once you do locate it the location is great just slightly hidden back from the main roads :)

Welcoming, helpful staff and great facilities for the price

We’re SO happy that we chose to stay excactly here!! The staff is the best we have met on our six month trip(!), they are extremely helpful, positive, warm and welcoming, which just makes the whole stay unique. The facilities are really good considering the price, and the common facilities is cleaned all the time. We stayed in a small chalet with its own bathroom - super small, but charming! And no problem when you can use the common space :) The internet is the best on the island, the shops, restaurants and beaches are very near, and the staff will help you to book everything you want to experience! Thank you, Marina and Leandro (and the rest of the Raio de Sol family)!

The lady who checked us in and looked after us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. She spoke ok English but used translate apps well and made an effort to help us arrange tours etc was of great assistance and big smile! The location is nice and quiet up the back of town so a bit of a walk but safe area and everything close by

Location was very good, not by the beach, but just 10 minutes from there on a street where were more good supermarkets, and lots of restaurants (actually center). The camp situated closer to the nature and was calm place. Very clean, friendly staff, enough shower, toilette, kitchen OK. I loved this island.

- mosquito protection in the window of the dorm - water suspender - friendly and helpful volunteers - good location near several supermarkets - cold and warm bed cover without the need to ask for it - kitchen - hot water in the shower

- the beds and the sheets are a bit antiquated - a new pan for cooking would be nice - it's not possible to book the tents on booking.com

Localização é bem boa, e fácil check in e check out. Chuveiros bons e quentes.

É uma barraca de camping, sem altas expectativas. Mas achei muito barulhento. Varriam o chão antes das 8 hrs, e por se tratar de uma barraca, era literalmente ao lado. As faltas de energia tbm tem sido algo frequente na ilha e a maioria dos lugares possuem gerador, lá não. Sem ventilador na barraca fica impossível dormir.
