Amazing hosts but too expensive for how old it is

The host is amazing! Very polite and helpful!

The apartment is way too expensive for how old the room is. The room is in constant humidity and could definitely take a lifting

Disappointing as there were other options for the same money however we were misled by the property rating.

The location was good very close to restaurants.

The room in general needs some work. There was no place to take out our clothes from the bags and the few shelves there was they were filled with ants. The ants were coming from outside under the door and also from a brick structure in the room with was covered by a mattress and a blanket however if the blanket was full of ants. The bed linen did not smell like it was cleaned. In some corners of the room there was also cobwebs in the shower as well. Towels were stained.

A very nice place, and the best value I found in Abraão

-Cozy room with comfortable bed, reasonably spacious -Extremely friendly staff -Nice location - Quiet, in a more local area just a little bit uphill (not too far), but still close to tourist restaurants and bars -At the price I paid, the best value in Abraão

-The kitchen is pretty well-equipped, but would get quite crowded with multiple groups preparing breakfast at the same time. It was often hard to even reach the sink to fill up my water bottle with the water filter. -Wifi was very inconsistent - sometimes great, sometimes not. That's probably common in Ilha Grande, though.

The location was a bit further away from the main attractions so it was quiet for most of the time. The hosts were lovely and attentive when we had questions.

Nice place tucked away just a short walk from the main town

The place feels like its in a more local area and so it's quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is set in some nice gardens that feel like a tropical jungle and you've got nice views over the mountains. There is use of a small kitchen too, it's a little limited but it's a nice bonus, plus the fridge in the room. Beds are comfortable and wifi is good. Staff are all nice and they have two cute dogs.

Little bit of a drain smell in the bathroom if you leave the sink plug open because there is no u-bend in the pipe, we covered it with soap and it solved it. Not the worst I've experienced but it could be fixed easily.

A shared kitchen is also available. Friendly owners.

The kitchen could use some additional equipment and the mattress is very hard.

Couple that owns the place was very attentive and was available to solve any concern you may have. Felt very welcome and taken care of.

Missing a couple things in the kitchen like bowls and cutting board. Otherwise, great place!

Great large and spacious room with fridge & plenty of shelves for clothes/storage. Kitchen kept tidy. Staff were kind and helped us arrange a transfer to Rio when we checked out.

Rooms got so, so hot over the course of the day whilst we were out & took ages to cool down with the fans at night - we didn’t sleep very well at all.

The kitchen is old and dirty so you don’t want to take plates from there and cook there. The stove is also old and dirty that making coffee is not that pleasant No air conditioning

Some of the appliances in the rooms and kitchen were a bit dated, no air-con just noisy fans but they looked to be getting new items delivered so may be modernising.

A área comum é usada como se fosse a sala de estar da dona da pousada: a nora com o bebê chorando, a babá da criança falando alto (assim como a nora), outros membros da família passam a tarde falando alto também. A rua onde está a pousada não é limpa e é muito íngreme. A cozinha da pousada deixa a desejar na limpeza. Custo-benefício ruim, não voltaria. Outras pousadas melhores custam o mesmo valor.
