MAMBEMBE hostel - Ilha Grande, Vila do Abraão

Mambembe is located just few minutes from the main part of the town (reaching it via the beach it allows you to save 5 minutes walking, but take out your shoes!). The place is really characteristical, all made in wood. Rooms are pretty small for 3 people, perfect for 2. Keep the doors and windows closed to avoid mosquitos. The fan was enough during the night to keep the room warm. 3 shared bathrooms are enough, always kept clean. Staff is nice and ready to help. I would come back again

We stayed here as a family of four and loved the breathtaking beachfront location. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves from our balcony was unforgettable. While the hostel was a bit more rustic than we expected, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor kitchen was well equipped, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The restaurants and town center were less than a 10-minute walk away. We would happily stay at Mambembe Ilha Grande again, especially for the million-dollar view!!

Having to share a bathroom with other guests (although I have to admit it was kept spotless).

La localisation est top, le personnel est adorable, ils sont très arrangeants et de bons conseils. La communication est très fluide et ils ont une note de recommandation sur l’île

O quarto tem bom tamanho, possui frigobar e o ar refrigerado é novo. A localização é ótima, se for pela praia, se chega bem rápido aos restaurantes e comércio em geral.

A área externa da pousada requer mais cuidados, o chalé principal está em obras e, acredito q por esse motivo, foi construído uma cozinha comunitária no parte de fora. A área dos fundos do terreno da pousada tb precisa de organização.
