The view from the veranda of the sea and beach as well as the cool breeze, a spacious property.

Parts of the property felt tired, tile off down the side of the cabinet in the upstairs bathroom, mirror lights didn’t work, laminate flooring was gappy. Kitchen cupboard handle came off and hit me on the foot, integrated dishwasher was not screwed in place and kept moving. Downstairs bathroom shower could not get hot water to work but then realised the hot is on the right and is normally on the left, this could confuse a person that is partially sighted, an unwritten rule hot is always on the left to stop unnecessary scalding for partially sighted or blind people. Back bedroom had water stains on the ceiling and something spilled on the carpet by the door.

The property was spotlessly clean very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect. It was also a positive to have on site parking.

As mentioned in previous reviews the bathrooms need some updating. We couldn’t open the bathroom window because we couldn’t find the key. Eight people showering creates a lot of steam. Also having to go into Lyme Regis to collect the key was a negative. A key safe at the property would have been better.
