Great little flat in perfect location. Clean and well maintained.

Very well situated. Warm and comfy with every facility needed. Beds very comfy. Great communication. We had a lovely time.

Not a criticism but just things that would make even better. Larger bath towels (anyone bigger than a size 8 won’t go round). Lamp in lounge for cosier ambience.

Gem of a property.

Our stay at Goviers Cottage was perfect. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. There was everything we could possibly need. Beds super comfortable and wifi very good.

Jura apartment - lovely

Jura was a perfect apartment, ideally fitted out for the two of us. Excellent location and very comfortable. Parking was easy with a 10 minute walk to the car. Loved it!

If you're thinking of Sidmouth, look no further than this apartment.

This is a super property, with owners who obviously care for guests and their comforts. We were allowed in a bit early, as the cleaners had finished, so we had an email to say feel free to go in. This was very welcome after our long drive down. Everything was so clean, and we were central to everything Sidmouth had to offer. A real relax for us, just what we needed. Thank you so very much.

Some drawers to put clothes in. Extra coat hangers. A lamp in the lounge? A pouffe to put your feet up. Not essentials, and please don't feel we are criticising, just older folks opinions!!

A lovely apartment in the centre of town. Clean and comfortable and well fitted out, plus close to all Sidmouth has to offer. Any questions were responded to very quickly.

Very relaxing time in a modern apartment at the coast

Great location, it’s a new apartment with great facilities. Felt safe at night. Velux windows and a balcony style dining area. The art on the walls relates to the property usage over the years Comfortable modern accommodation, that is hard to find

Great accommodation: sadly, something unforeseen necessitated our return home two days early.

Ideal central location (and close to the esplanade), after leaving the car in the long-stay car park 15 minutes' walk away. The main bed was very comfortable; the sofa bed less so (very thin mattress), but fine for the few nights we were there. Spotlessly clean throughout.

Nothing to dislike! The only thing for potential guests to bear in mind is that, although there were several short-term parking bays very close to the property, we never found one available when we needed to unload / reload. We had to park in the nearest available short-stay car park, and make several trips on foot to Govier's Cottage (before taking the car to the long-stay / overnight car park). Not a problem for us, but perhaps it might be if guests are less mobile, or less able to carry luggage.

Family friendly place with a perfect location.

The property was very clean. The furniture and appliances were like new and in very good condition. The location of the property is perfect.

The living room windows were very high. Can’t look out to anything while sitting in the living room area, except for the side window in the kitchen. Which made the living room a bit claustrophobic. The second point, is the water pressure, if one is using the water in one place whether in the bathroom or the kitchen at the same time, the water pressure lever is very low ( will not be able to shower if anyone else is using the water).

Self catered - apartment very well appointed and everything worked - car park permit for the duration of our stay.
