Great location, well thought out site, wonderful staff who are a credit to this establishment

Stayed in an otter pod which was cosy & comfortable; it had a double bed & bunk beds, table & chairs & fridge. Plenty of sockets so you can bring slow cooker etc.

No toilet but it was a last minute booking which on Booking.com said was a chalet

Beautiful part of the Jurassic coast.

Roadworks detour unacceptable for newcomers. It took 1.5 hours to find the place. Sat Nav took us to the footpath along the cliff face.

Nice caravan park with good facilities. You may not get the caravan pictured if booking Ladram own caravans.

It wasn’t the one pictured that I had thought I booked. The photos shown when booking and the description said two bathrooms and it had a decking.

Great spot with very professional services , but mornings are lacking.

Clean spaces, and everything was in a good state of repair. We hadn't been given enough bedding, but this was rectified quickly and efficiently. The app and emails before staying give an impression of a very well managed resort that has great services and facilities.The arcade, pool, and playground for kids we're great and seemed very safe. The surroundings areas and the beach are breathtakingly beautiful.

The cafe is closed until lunchtime. If breakfast was served, I believe they would make a fortune, and it would have really made our stay that much more enjoyable. As a luxury caravan park, the touch of luxury was missing from the mornings. Just baps with bacon, eggs, or sausages and maybe pancakes with fruit and yogurt would have made our experience better. Also, I am sure I'm not alone in wanting fresh, barista made coffee in the morning, and just dont like buying coffee from a machine. I would have enjoyed more slots to the gym, as well as block out blinds in the caravan to ensure better sleep. The mattress in the double lessons bed was awful, I kept waking up whenever my husband moved.

Great place, No Internet!

The location and staff are wonderful. Great choice of activities for everyone. Food is also very good! Water activities very reasonably priced.

There is no Internet in the holiday homes which was not clear at the time of booking, it actually stated you could pay for Internet per day but this was not true. Wifi was available in restaurant and waves bar. However, when a lot of people were there, then this also failed to connect.

I like the location most , kids activities was great , store available for food and other stuff which u need specially for stay over there.I love the drinks there.

I don't like to that I had to buy WiFi , still tv wasn't working good on WiFi. I feel that was my most expensive holiday , just for stay .Also , there was no towels in the caravan I didn't expect that , this is first I gone somewhere there is no towels. Food was not that great.

Excellent bedding and soft mattress

Only 1h per day in the pool isn't enough. Dogs cannot go anywhere indoors when it rains, not practical. Entertainment space in waves bar could have curtains open in daytime as it is horribly dark

Amazing stay!!!!

Fresh cooked food from the restaurant was exceptional, also the fish and chips. The views are stunning and the sea was lovely to swim in. Really enjoyed the fresh cooked lobster from the crabman 😋 staff and facilities were fab, sooo much to do and enjoy for big and small. The caravan *omg* was amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you xx

The caravan was amazing. One of the cleanest caravan I’ve ever been in. It was spotless..! The cleaners go above and beyond. Thank you to the cleaners. The size was great and well equipped over looking the sea.

Clean and had everything we needed. The facilities were fantastic and everything was reasonably priced. Lots of options for eating out and a well stocked shop. Staff weee incredibly helpful and friendly.

Booking swimming time slots worked well, as pool was not overcrowded. Pebbles restaurant very good serving lovely food. Good location of caravan close to all amenities, lovely views. The cleanliness of the park. Had a very enjoyable short stay break.

Only downside there could have been some outside seating on veranda or in the enclosed garden

Clean and comfortable, well equipped static caravan. We have stayed at Ladram Bay many times, both in statics and in our own touring caravan. Can’t fault Ladram at all, always top marks given by all our family!
