The Cabin at East Hill Pride consists of a single-storey layout with external steps to access. The property features an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and TV, along with a utility room. The kitchen includes an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while the utility houses a washing machine.
There are two double bedrooms, served by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private courtyard garden with furniture, as well as access to a shared garden with furniture and a children’s play area. Off-road parking for 2 cars is available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: The site is accessed via electric gates outside of shop hours – an electric fob is provided (GBP20 refundable deposit payable on site). Town: Sidmouth is an elegant seaside resort on the south Devon stretch of Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site of great natural beauty. Here is where the River Sid cuts through the Devon hills to meet the sea at Lyme Bay, creating a clean pebbly beach, giving way to golden sands at low tide backed by dramatic red cliffs creating a safe family beach with rockpools and safe bathing. Sidmouth is lined with stylish Regency cream-and-white architecture, creating an elegant Esplanade which makes for a relaxing stroll whilst looking out towards Beer Head. Sidmouth boasts one of the few public access observatories, the Norman Lockyer Observatory, complete with planetarium. There are a variety of attractions around Sidmouth including Pecorama with award-winning miniature railway and gardens, the Seaton tramway and the Otter Estuary Nature Reserve.
