Warren Cottage consists of a ground-floor apartment with an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, dining seating, and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there are communal gardens with furniture and lawn, plus private enclosed rear courtyard and lawn with furniture, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 4 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Check out the beautiful scenery of Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, or head over to the Dartmoor National Park where there are many scenic walks, and wildlife watching opportunities. Picture perfect property with everything you need for a short break or an extended stay. Extremely well equipped. Hosts were excellent sent an full and complete list of instructions & included useful contacts like emergency vets/doctors, etc, recommended places to visit or eat in. All equipment was in perfect condition & all good quality. Outside there was a lovely orchard & communal garden plus a very delightful back garden. It's location is also great, 20 minutes from M5 Exeter jct and in between two delightful towns of Sidmouth and Exmouth. A perfect base to explore East Devon.
