Exceptionally clean, modern, with all facilities provided, you couldn’t ask for the wrong thing. BBQ provided at very short notice due to exceptionally hot weather which was very welcomed. Great welcome pack with homemade scones, jam and cream to really make us feel at home. Great shady, secure garden for our dog. On site parking and great location within a mile of the sea front.

Location was perfect for walking into Sidmouth and visiting other places by car.
No improvements needed ....it was perfect.

It was well situated with a short walk into Sidmouth. The property was well equipped and extremely clean. There was a nice private small garden at the back.
