A good choice for location comfort and price

Great location and good to have the parking space in Bedford Lawn car park. Beds were comfortable and overall the flat was a nice space to stay for 2 weeks. I would recommend and I would stay again.

I think that a deep clean would be good. Trouble with Venetian blinds is that they are dust traps. So that and behind the beds are very dusty. I didn’t use the dishwasher as it was a bit stale smelling.

Noisy but convenient location in heart if Sidmouth.

Convenient location & parking provided in local park.

Requested no feathers (allergy) & got feathers! Appalling bed linen & looked like it hadn’t been washed. One duvet totally unacceptable for hygiene. Dusty & grubby entrance. Bin full of previous occupants rubbish. No instructions for disposal of rubbish & no response from Finest Retreats when enquired by phone.

Highly recommend, would stay again

Flat is spacious, had everything we needed, beds were very comfy, location is excellent. Having a reserved parking spot nearby was great, it was beautiful weather while we were there and the car parks her very busy. Used the washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher ... everything worked.

Nothing we didn't like but would have been useful to know beforehand that it's on the first floor so there are stairs to get to it.

Worth a visit !

The property is close to the seafront and the town centre, great. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There are pubs and restaurants within metres of the apartment. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

The door of the apartment was difficult to unlock at times otherwise no complaints.

Nice flat in great location

Nicely decorated, well furnished flat in very central location one block back from seafront. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Good shower. Good value for money. Parking space reserved for flat in a car park a short walk away.

Just one thing really, which may not be the fault of the owner. Whilst there was very minimal street noise, there was quite a lot of noise from the flat above. This sounded like someone (maybe a toddler) just running around upstairs - not intentionally causing noise probably, but more a result of old building and lack of sound insulation.
