We liked the location, the free parking and the comfortable beds and furniture. We also liked the peace and quiet.
We didn't realise that:
We couldn't park and unload outside the property
That the flat was on the first floor
That there were very steep stairs to the flat
That the cutlery wasn't as clean as it could have been

Great location and good to have the parking space in Bedford Lawn car park. Beds were comfortable and overall the flat was a nice space to stay for 2 weeks. I would recommend and I would stay again.
I think that a deep clean would be good. Trouble with Venetian blinds is that they are dust traps. So that and behind the beds are very dusty. I didn’t use the dishwasher as it was a bit stale smelling.

Convenient location & parking provided in local park.
Requested no feathers (allergy) & got feathers! Appalling bed linen & looked like it hadn’t been washed. One duvet totally unacceptable for hygiene.
Dusty & grubby entrance. Bin full of previous occupants rubbish.
No instructions for disposal of rubbish & no response from Finest Retreats when enquired by phone.
