A cosy cottage ideally located for exploring Sidmouth
Location is good. Easy walk into town or to the beach and all flat. Parking is excellent and a real bonus. The house is comfortable and cosy. Dining room is a bit tired and dark but we didnt use it much. The kitchen is well equipped . We had an issue locking the back door but when we mentioned this it was remedied immediately.
At some point during our stay, a bag of laundry was put in the outside toilet which meant we couldnt use this as the bag was too heavy to lift.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy some family time
Well located..a few minutes to the shops,pubs,restaurants and beach. Very well presented and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and The kitchen has everything you needed if you wanted to cook.
If anything the little courtyard needs a paint and maybe some new decor.
