Lovely little place!
Lovely little place. Everything you need, perfect for a few nights stay visiting friends with my partner and our toddler. Much bigger than it looks in photos. Spotlessly clean. Good location 10-15mins walk from Sidmouth town and seafront. Friendly hosts easy to contact. Our little girl loved getting to see their dogs new little puppies. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Lovely stay
Lovely hosts, so friendly and helpful. The property is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures and the garden is beautiful. Plenty of room for three adults. Really comfy beds, including the sofa bed. Off street parking right by the property. 10 mins walk to the shops/restaurants/beach.

Relaxing stay at Cozy Annexe with its own private garden!
Location was brilliant! The Annexe was tucked away behind a house so it was very peaceful during the day and night. It was in a great position, with Beach, Gardens and Centre of town only 5 mins walk away. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. There is smart TV which we didn’t use as while we were there we spent most of our time sitting in the lovely private garden attached to the Annexe. Comfortable double bed and also comfortable sofa bed which was used as there were 3 adults staying. Well equipped Shower room with great shower. Wish we could have stayed longer but we do hope to return.
We loved everything about the accommodation and couldn’t find anything negative to say! There isn’t any parking at the house but that isn’t really a problem as there are lots places in the street nearby where you can leave your car. We found space right outside the accommodation!

Far exceeded expectations
Writing this after returning from a delightful two days in Sidmouth. What an absolute treat to have found this accommodation. It far exceeded any expectations. The hosts were exceptionally helpful with directions and ensuring we had somewhere to park our car. They also had a good knowledge of the local area. The annexe was larger then anticipated and the private garden was a real treat. Quiet location and 10 minute walk to the town and beach. Comfortable beds and all the extras you would expect to find in holiday accommodation. Well equipped kitchen so would be great for self-catering although there are numerous affordable restaurants close by to choose from. If you're lucky enough to book this annexe you will not be disappointed. I would love to return next time I want a couple of quiet days by the sea. Very rested and happy 😊
