Room clean and well equipped and a good size. Location for seafront excellent and nice touch of welcome pack after a long journey
Noise…the adjoining pub (club) was extremely loud at night until at least midnight, didn’t help we had to have windows open as extremely warm, but nonetheless impossible to sleep until finished…at times felt like we were in the bar/club

A great little apartment for 4 people situated in the middle of Seaton with great access to the sea and town.
Predictably it is a bit noisy when the bar is open but this didn't really bother us as we were out.

WiFi down, I’m guessing it’s been down for a while as there was a printed notice and no indication when it would be back on. Slightly annoying was the noise from the bathroom from the boarded in extractor fan from the adjoining commercial kitchen, but close the bathroom door and it was ok
