Very clean with a reasonable kitchen area.The bed was very comfortable and shower was efficient.
Being old we couldn’t work the key holder to enter.A kind van driver stopped & sorted the problem.He even carried our cases up the steep estaircase to our rooms.There was little information regarding facilities.Parked on seafront for two hours at a cost of over4 hrs.Went to Information bureau to ask if parking for blue badge holders was free.Result didn’t know!People in town were very helpful & breakfast recommended by manageress was excellent.A lady over the road helped us with the key holder when leaving.

Great location, bed was really comfortable
Damp on the wall and peeled paint on the floor, carpet hadn't been hovered before we got there

Great location right near the South West Coast Path which we are walking and near shops and other facilities. Room had kitchen for making meals so we didn't need to eat out. There was no toilet paper on arrival, but the owner responded right away letting us know where we could find some.
Walls look a bit damp and need repainting.

Central location, comfortable
WiFi down, I’m guessing it’s been down for a while as there was a printed notice and no indication when it would be back on.
Slightly annoying was the noise from the bathroom from the boarded in extractor fan from the adjoining commercial kitchen, but close the bathroom door and it was ok
