We had a wonderful 5-day stay in Seaton. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need, whether in the kitchen or in the other rooms. The location is excellent, with both the beach and the town centre easily accessible on foot.
The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and always available if needed. We would happily recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.

This is a spacious, bright and airy apartment within easy walking of Seaton seafront/centre and 10 mins walk from a big supermarket for self-catering. It’s beautifully clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and everything you need for a short stay, and the bedlinen and towels were also very good. There’s access to washing/ironing facilities if needed. The owner was very welcoming and lives upstairs if any help is needed during your stay.

The property was larger than we thought and was very clean and tidy. Access was easy and there was parking available on site. Whilst we didn’t do much cooking the kitchen seemed reasonably well stocked with equipment, plates, cutlery etc.
On the negative side there were no instructions for anything. The accommodation could do with a basic information folder including things such as door entry code, Wi-Fi password, cooker instructions, it took me ten minutes to work out how to switch the hob on. As no entry code had been sent to us we had to ring the door bell and eventually someone came down who had no idea who we were, where we were staying or anything else. Not the best of introductions!

That the property was new and very clean. Modern . Lovely shower. Nice thick walls that kept the house cool ( very hot weather) had some where to park.
Bedroom didn’t have a wardrobe or chest of drawers . Had a hanging rail with 5/6 hangers. Curtains very light . Luckily I’d taken eye mask.
