Spacious and comfortable flat, the description of it is accurate. It has lovely views across the bay and is good for people (and dog) watching. Access is from the back of the building, but it is a short walk around to the seafront.
Seaton has some very interesting buildings and the Axemouth harbour end is lovely. The other end of the bay has interesting rocks and cliffs, and the labyrinth cut out of the grass in the park above is fun.
For fishing, there is a well-stocked bait shop on the other side of the harbour bridge.
