It had everything we needed and more. Whilst being perfectly placed on the malt whisky trail. We will definitely return!

Easy to check in and leave. House was very clean and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, pans, utensils, and appliances. Great location in the country, not too far from town, and on the malt whisky trail.

Brilliant facilities, very spacious houses, perfect for a family get together. Lovely and warm and the option of having the fire is great too! We stayed at the farmhouse so had washing machine / tumble dryer too which is great when your away with kids

The cottage was lovely, cosy, and a good size for four of us. The location was fantastic. We had a great view of mountains but still very close to local distilleries and Dufftown. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I knew there would be a campsite behind the cottage but there were people setting up tents all around our cottage, which was a bit unexpected.

Would highly recommend it, and the host was friendly and very helpful
I would say just missing a clock on the wall in the living room

Spacious, clean, cosy and great location
Shower was a multi point shower but only one setting worked which was a low shower head.

The value for money was unbelievable. The location was perfect. The accommodation was so relaxing and had everything you needed for a top stay.
The water pressure in the showers was low but that is being very very picky.

Great location and ideal accommodation for my wife’s surprise birthday weekend away with friends.
Facilities were excellent and clean and host was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem.
We were lucky with the weather and sat out all three days we were there and used the property barbeque one night.
Will definitely return if back in the area.
If I was to be really picky, then the vacuum cleaner in the hall and net curtains in the porch to the garden, but this in no way spoiled our stay at this fabulous property.

Beautiful cottage with amazing views and great facilities inside!

Setting and location were great loads to see and do within an hour of the cottage with Dufftown on your door step.
Staff were very friendly when we saw them
Place was clean to an extend but several places had been missed with old cobwebs round light fixtures.
The Cornloft was very dated in facitilies inside, the cooker was an old electric induction hob, while others had full range gas cookers, the fridge was only a small fridge which barely held anything considering we were a family of 4 having stuff in the fridge is essential with 2 kids. We do know other cottages had seperate fridges and freezers.
You are also not informed that the laundry is £4 for a load with £1 for 20 mins in a dryer, yet if you stay in the farm house you get a washing machine in the property.
Will say the Cornloft is not for people over 5ft 10 as the timbers in the roof are quite low, and I am only 5ft 9 and almost hit my head off them a few times. Also due to the shape of the upstairs you would have to duck or walk at an angle to avoid the sloping ceiling.
Communication was not great as we found out that the electricity was being cut to the site the day before it happened when the owners had been told on the 12th of July.
The beds were the worst I have very slept on and would wake up sore after a nights sleep, honestly not what I would expect from any holiday cottage or room.

Well-equippped and quiet. Out in the country but close things to do. Staff very helpful.
The beds were a wee uncomfortable.

The house was very clean and check in instructions were clear.
There was a £4 charge to use the washing facilities and the mattress could definitely do with being updated as it creaked when you moved.

The location of the cottage is great - right out of Dufftown in the center of main highlands' distilleries with easy excess to all of them (theoretically), so in case if you want some activities you can easily reach the town and in case if you just want to have your own time in calm surrounding you can stay in and around cottage. Cottage has a nice small fireplace and one basket of logs offered free of charge.
The minor thing was the we couldn't figure out how to control the heaters, so it was either too hot, either a bit on a cool side (but mostly its our fault we didn't read all the information available in the cottage carefully).
The other thing is that there was a roadworks/bridge rebuilding works, which started right on the next day of our arrival and we had to drive quite a lot on the diversion roads, as the shortest way to Dufftown and distilleries was cut for us, but, again, its not a fault of hosts, but just unlucky coincidence (to be fair - hosts even informed us by e-mail about that couple of days before our arrival, we just didn't realise that it will take so much additional driving and time). The other thing we noticed is that comparing to other places we stayed in Scotland there wasn't any tea/coffee/sugar/milk/biscuits offered at place, so if you plan to arrive in the later evening, be sure you have some drinks or snacks with you (if needed) to have before going to sleep.

Location good, distillery excellent, clean and ok for a weekend break. Chip van calling around on site on a Saturday evening. Loved the log burner
Better amenities, bigger TV would have been nice.

Had a fantastic 3 day break at Parkmore with our family, location was excellent. The cottages were better than we expected from the photographs. Cottages were comfortable, clean and had everything required for a good break.

Cottage was comfortable and in a great location for us to travel to Aviemore, Inverness, Nairn and Elgin for days out with our kids. It was great to return too and enjoy peace and quiet in the country after our days out.

We had such a great time in the 'Neep Shed' with our family, the accommodation was excellent, location perfect for exploring Speyside & the Cairngorms and Viv & Diane were really helpful and even posted down a cuddly toy that my son had managed to hide & forget! Would highly recommend and we would love to come back sometime
No complaints from us, we loved it.
