Lovely location, nice cottage, comfortable and spacious.
I realise it’s a quaint type cottage but there was only very basic equipment ( other places we have stayed had a few kitchen needs and pos’ a welcome pack etc’ ) and could use a bit of a spruce up and updating, also we never met the host/s which isn’t to much of an issue but it’s been nice in other places to chat etc’ .

Turned up to property no entry could t get hold of landlord, called back hours later by this time had to find alternate accommodation.

Perfect cottage to explore Aberlour and the surrounding area. Great for The Whiskey trail!
House was perfectly presented. Clean and stylish. Garden was wonderful to sit in, play with our dogs and even had fruit on the trees to eat. Kitchen had everything you would expect plus the basics for cooking and tea, coffee and sugar. Wifi and Tv covered all our entertainment needs. Bed was very comfortable and bedrooms were nicely decorated. Good powerful shower and bathroom had everything we needed and toiletries. Great walks very close to by, especially loved walking to the Falls of Lynn. Mash Tun bar and restaurant was less than 100m away for dinner. If you like Whiskey you are in the right area, Aberlour distillery is across the road and many other distilleries are close by.

Viel tegen
Ik heb eerder in de naastgelegen bolthole geslapen, nu in de retreat. Die was duidelijk minder comfortabel. De keuken was veel kleiner. Er was geen kapstok of ergens om je jas op te hangen en de douche was onverwarmd. De fotos op de website zijn van de Bolthole en niet van de Retreat wat een verkeerde indruk wekt. Op meerder emails aan de verhuurster werd niet gereageerd.
