O.K. Have stayed in worse. Budget hotel but not at a budget price.

Close to station, friendly and helpful staff. Not far from centre.

Beds not that comfortable. Getting out of bed with a partner not easy. Very hot even turning temp down to lowest setting of 16 degrees. Air not circulating. Shower head needs replacing as water coming through only 6 out of 30 holes. Corridor carpets need cleaning. Very pricy restaurant meals.

Pleasant but could have been better

Basic room, clean and minimalistic. Smaller than expected but for an overnight, quick shower and a bed to sleep in, it was fine!

The room was way too warm!! We did not sleep well as the room was very warm, you are not able to open the window and the heating/aircon seems to be centrally controlled as we were not able to adjust - for this reason alone, we were up and left at 7am to go home to our own beds for a more comfortable sleep.

Small room in the ground floor 😞

There is a garage, very comfortable lobby for work.

Room was quite small and allocated ground floor room to us. Given the room size, one day is enough for the hotel. And you must walk 25 mins for city center.

Triple room is overpriced but ok for 1 night

The pizza restaurant on the ground floor and the e breakfast were good.

The triple room is really small: the second single bed is hidden inside the furniture. You don’t even have the place for walking inside the room. If it is only for one night, you can handle it, but it is overpriced. Also, they don’t have any parking space neither a partnership with the parking place inside the building for better price for its customers.

One of the best places to stay in Ghent.

This was a very good hotel to stay in, especially for the price that we paid. It was mostly like a hostel with all facilities of the hostel very well organised but we had our own room with separate bathroom, which was very convenient. The room and bathroom was very spacious, and the staff were also very helpful. It is a pity that we stayed here for only one day.

Below Minimum Expectations

Safe underground parking facilities - its not far from the centre of Ghent. Thats about it

Water, tea and coffee not provided in the room. The cost of parking was €18 for less than 24 hours. The parking garage is quite narrow. The area seemed dead, we were followed by locals and asked for money three times during daylight hours. It was a very uncomfortable vibe.

Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant

Twin room was tiny - there was absolutely no separation between the beds. Also I received over 30 emails asking me to check in, using a broken link and the emails have continued to spam my inbox after the reservation has been completed

The bathroom was spacious. The room was clean. The bar was ok.

The towels weren't clean. The bed wasn't comfortable whether the double bed or the sofa bed in the triple room. The restaurant food wasn't nice. No minibar inside the room. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the centrum.

New facilities and friendly helpful staff. . really appreciated having the car park attached and the restaurant and bar. Great family room and comfortable beds. Easy 15-20 min walk to city centre. Thanks for a great stay.

Our shower didn't drain well so it came close to flooding to main bedroom floor.
