Stunning 2 Bed Zimbali Suites Sea View

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, and the kids absolutely loved it. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp, always available to assist with access codes and any queries we had, which made everything seamless. Check-in was smooth as we were able to collect the keys directly from reception, where the staff were warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed having access to the hotel’s restaurants and the estate’s clubhouse. My husband especially loved the golf experience. The shuttle service from 08:30 to the pools, beach, and kids’ play areas was a huge bonus for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be visiting again!

The air conditioning in the main bedroom could be improved, as it wasn’t very effective. A fan was provided, but it didn’t offer much relief from the heat.

Location of suites

Service delays at Fireroom was terrible, more is expected from the premium restaurant. Also, the availability and use of the shuttle is inadequate, there should be regular round trip routes in between the facilities.

The suites are great for privacy and affordable , the pools and the bar entertainment was really breath taking,the fire room resturaunt was fantastic

Coastal apartments tend to have mould, so that part was overlooked in the cleaning part, there was mould on the ceiling and on the window handles. I think the mats will have to be washed regularly as well- quiet stuffy

The apartment is nice and spacious, with a comfortable layout that makes it easy to feel at home. The rooms are well-sized as well.

The couch has a strong urine smell that spreads through the entire house. It’s overwhelming and makes the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to relax or enjoy the room with this persistent odor.
