The estate is close to the beach and shopping centres, all within a 5 minute drive outside of the complex. You have access to the valley of pools within the complex, though it's noted that it's heated pools, only one pool is heated, the kids absolutely enjoyed the pools. The complex is peaceful and quite, great for a hike if you can find your way around. There's a cleaner that comes daily which is great. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, great for self catering including the gas braai. The bedrooms are quite spacious, some carpeted. Great WIFI.

The house furniture is old and the house needs maintenance. Entrance door from the garage does not have hook at the bottom, making it difficult, we used a 5ltr bottle of water to hold the door. Washing machines stains your clothes and the dryer door is broken. No hanging rail for clothes indoors when there's rain. Bed's are also worn out, especially the twin beds in the bedrooms downstairs, not comfortable at all. The cleaner would replace towels with worn out brown/color stripe towels, not acceptable at all. No guest toilet for the downstairs section. The fourth bedroom does not have a bathroom instead you need to use the ensuite bathroom in the next bedroom, not ideal at all. The pics on booking.com are outdated, the house looks different.
