Location was good, but unfortunately we did not have access cards to access any of the facilities.
Could only check in just before 5 as property wasn’t ready. No access card was given to access the facilities or have easy access to the estate had to contact the owner every time we needed to leave or enter the estate. Wet washing in the cupboard and the washing and tumble dryer most of the stay. Issues with ants.
Cleaner always there under our feet.
No towel were put out for everyone, last two days, non of us had towels, they were all left wet in the washing machine.
Even though we had till 11 to check out the cleaner was there from before 8, almost pushing us out the door,
