Facilities, location, the staff, the apartment... fantastic! Emma was so easy to contact and you can get deliveries sent right to your apartment and even to the beach! Bongi cleaned our rooms and we loved her. So helpful <3
For the rooms upstairs there are quite a number of steps. I think this information should be given when selecting rooms "e.g. apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift."

I like the smell as soon as you walked in it was very inviting and felt like home. The place was very clean and well maintained. The view from the apartment was the winner, it was very serene and beautiful.
Not enough toilet paper, we had 2 small kids with us and this was not replenished based on usage. Overall nothing else to complain about.
