I like the smell as soon as you walked in it was very inviting and felt like home. The place was very clean and well maintained. The view from the apartment was the winner, it was very serene and beautiful.

Not enough toilet paper, we had 2 small kids with us and this was not replenished based on usage. Overall nothing else to complain about.

Our stay at Santorini in Ballito was exceptional from start to finish. The view is simply breathtaking — uninterrupted ocean, right on the beach. I spent most of my time on the balcony because you are literally on the shoreline. It’s the kind of setting that makes you slow down and just take it all in. The apartment is beautifully decorated — stylish, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt intentional and well maintained. Service was outstanding. Hannah was fantastic — professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful both before arrival and throughout our stay. The bottle of wine on arrival was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel immediately at home. The pool is large and spotless, perfect for cooling off. With air conditioning, ceiling fans, daily housekeeping, and even a braai on the balcony, everything you could possibly need is provided. Considering the location, comfort, and service, it offers exceptional value for money.

The only small hiccup was the biometric access system, which didn’t always recognise everyone immediately. I’m sure with a bit of fine-tuning it will work perfectly.

Cleaning daily and some fresh towels at least once during our stay
