We loved the location and acces to beach.
We felt there were a few things .Cutlery lacking, Drainage on front verandah, and the gate keys not working properly and also going through so many keys to open anything.

Domestic worker that have access to the unit, enter without notification. Main bathroom water leaks.

I loved the view money well worth it ... and very spacious.. enjoyed having the washing machine... and bathrooms were in immaculate condition
The aircon wasn't working in the kitchen I feel for the Price they could really update the furniture modernize it .. because its abit old fashioned Also it could definitely use a tv in the main bedroom .. having more then 1 TV would help especially with a family with kids. Braai area could do with alit more cleanliness we weren't able to braai.
