Really nice views and location. The complex is clean and staff very friendly.

It’s smaller than the pictures made it look. Everything is a bit dated and the kitchen is not well stocked. We also missed not having a dishwasher even though they came to wash our dishes often. No shower in the main bedroom’s bathroom. Would recommend sun loungers for patio and

The location was great but it was self catering

The security post for getting inside the estate was a little stressful and the weather had changed. We had to walk uphill as we didn’t hire a car we used uber so it had to turn back from the gate as the checking in process with the security took so long yet there were not many people so that was so unpleasant.

The property had exceptional views, perfect location, the sound of the ocean was the cherry on top. Great scenic views. All we needed was provided for in the property, it was very comfortable and beautiful. It felt like home away from home. The fact that we had access to the beach was top tier, even at night.

The plugs in some of the bedrooms were not working. We needed champagne glasses which were not there. There was an instruction that we shouldn’t change the temperature of the Aircon upstairs, which resulted in us sweating so much because it was hot.

Complex is great, good location, easy access to the beach & close to shops, restaurants, etc. Aircon works well for those very hot days. Great views as you are literally right on the waters edge. Small garage for parking (tight squeeze for larger vehicles, so just be careful when parking) - ONLY 1 parking.

This specific unit needs some TLC. it's a big space which is great but everything is just a little old and worn. Needs a good deep clean and paint. basic kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Braai needs replacing. dishwasher didn't work while we were there (I am sure it has been repaired by now) but they offered a person to come clean the dishes... not as convenient as having the dishwasher, especially when you have a big group and need to reuse plates, bowls, knives and forks - so we just washed them up ourselves (no big deal really) Have to collect and drop off keys in Ballito Village - not at the complex, which is a bit of a pain. it's not far but would be great to just be able to do it all at the complex. Maintenance people were very friendly when they needed to pop in and fix a few things.
