Skiathos 8

The whole place itself but the ocean view

Nothing

Great location. Comfortable living. No privacy on veranda. What was advertised was not present. 2 braai’s. 2 sittingrooms.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach

The unit is clearly outdated and the owner seems to keep the bare minimum in place. The bathroom is outdated and for the price I paid I expected it to be on par with other units that Iv visited in that price range. The managing agent knew the fault with gas braai which tells me the owner has no intention of fixing it. There is no coal fire braai, however they are allowed in this complex by looking at other units. When on holiday it's sad to leave your pets behind but it's even sadder when your neighbour brings theirs. In closing I measure a unit by the ability to walk barefoot throughout. This is not that unit. The management agency is professional and supportive. The view is breathtaking. This unit has so much potential..it's just not there yet.
