At first, I was a bit sceptical and thought the apartment might not look exactly like the pictures—but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was a great size for all of us. Sifundu was incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. She answered my calls promptly and replied to messages quickly, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with the accommodation overall. Initially, I wasn’t too happy about having to request access codes during our stay, but I completely understand that it’s for security reasons. The kids absolutely loved all the amenities, and the apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-organised. Thank you, Sifundu—we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was available for us. We enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back.

Nothing really

Everything and we only stayed 1 night.

You cannot gain entry nor exit without a new code to give the gate. On arrival, we waited 1/12 hours outside in the blazing sun trying to locate the owner. Number on booking the lady who answered said she sold the property years ago. We then contacted Booking.com who gave us another number. We sat outside in our car still not getting an answer. I then thought it must be a fraudulent booking and we started to look online for another property. At the last minute the owner replied with a code. When we went through the gate supervisor said we would need a new code to leave at 0530 am to go to the airport. I immediately started messaging asking for another code for the morning. We received it at 10 pm. Stressful for 1 nights stay. Security is Superb if you have a valid code!

It’s new, luxurious and has plenty of space.

The check in was a disaster. Firstly they forget we were coming despite my messages! They then had house keeping in which delayed our check in. They also didn’t realise we had booked two rooms. The contact number attached to the booking is also wrong.
