Not professional. How can they forget that the apartment is booked. We had to wait outside while they are busy cleaning.

It was secure, spacious, and had great views.

Check in was terrible. Guards wanted a code we were not given. We had a local help us call the owner who said she was waiting for our call. It took us over 30 minutes to check in, then three of the rooms were locked and we had to find keys. The facility was great but check was frustrating. Our South African friends kept telling us this was not normal to Africa. They were embarrassed.

At first, I was a bit sceptical and thought the apartment might not look exactly like the pictures—but it exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was a great size for all of us. Sifundu was incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. She answered my calls promptly and replied to messages quickly, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with the accommodation overall. Initially, I wasn’t too happy about having to request access codes during our stay, but I completely understand that it’s for security reasons. The kids absolutely loved all the amenities, and the apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-organised. Thank you, Sifundu—we had a wonderful stay!

The check in was a disaster. Firstly they forget we were coming despite my messages! They then had house keeping in which delayed our check in. They also didn’t realise we had booked two rooms. The contact number attached to the booking is also wrong.
