That they couldn’t assist me to extent on my stay even after I had explained that I had a car problem, what they charged me I felt it was too much.
Had to check out go to another place next to the Beach where I paid R750, instead of the R 1’500 that was expected by you guys.
Thou I had a wonderful stay.

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is well taken care of. The apartment is definitely value for money, with almost everything you'll need during your stay. The issue was the strict access controls, and you can't sign in visitors at night.

The place was clean and had comfortable beds.
Long stairs to the room because we had infants, so it was quite an exercise carrying our bags while carrying the children as well.

The property is safe and secure. Check in is pretty straightforward and simple also. You check in yourself once you enter the estate. The room was nicely decorated . I enjoyed the stay but they could definitely improve on a few things .
Firstly, as I was cooking I noticed little cockroaches in the kitchen . The dishwasher smelt absolutely disgusting , I had put a wash and rinse then let it air out for a while . I recommend they keep the dishwasher open regularly to air out . Also pillow cases were stained so it should definitely be replaced along the lampshade in the room , wasn’t working at all plus super wobbly .
