Location is excellent, easy to access. The pool was clean. Lovely apartment and comfortable beds. Modern furniture and appliances. Apartment kitchen had the necessary utensils

There was no spare tissue so I had to go to the mall just to buy that so it was an inconvenience

That there’s no room service.. when you are on holiday you don’t expect to worry about who is supposed to clean

The location of the apartment is fantastic; there are great amenities in the complex and around. It’s also extremely convenient to get out to the beach. The people managing the property and those I spoke to are great, friendly, and prompt in responding to any requests I had in trying to make our stay a little better. Thank you!!

The apartment itself is a great size, though the general maintenance of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. There are a couple of things that really need to be addressed. The apartment had a missing shower door, a bathroom that is pitch dark because the light doesn’t work, and fans that had not worked correctly. The manager had arranged to get the fans fixed, firstly bringing a standing fan and then getting engineers to come through to fix the ceiling fans. The other is cleanliness. The apartment is below average with regard to cleanliness. There’s mould in a number of areas, especially in the dark bathroom…guessing it can’t be seen because it’s dark. There are also roaches all over; I had terminated at least a handful over a number of nights. The managers did eventually arrange for roach traps to be set. There are also a ton of ants, and in the fridge. We had to throw away a lot of food because it was infested.
