Villa Med 28

Villa Med was very convenient as it was close to Willards and Thompson beach and close to major supermarkets and mall. Ballito Accommodation staff were very respo sive when we contacted via WhatsApp. All my questions were responded and resolved immediately. Pots were missing, and BA sent through within a couple of hours. Yes, they shouldn't have been missing, but they responded immediately. The shower door was damaged and they sent through the handyman on Sunday to fix. All in all great service.

We booked for 7 days, but the policy is for the unit to be serviced only on the 8th day. Wish they serviced at least once during a 7 day stay. The beds were very soft and only gave 2 pillows per bedroom and these pillows seemed very old with not much stuffing in the pillows.

The rooms were big actually its a great place its needs that spark to be more.... had a great stay wont lie its a place i could visit again.

No Wi-Fi.....DSTV has minimum channel...the Main bathroom shower door....beds has no Continental.

We enjoyed the stay.

We would like wifi next time please .

When we got there there was a cockroach in the kitchen. Picking up the keys at night was a problem. The name on the envelope was not ours and we spent a few mins trying to sort it out. Our phone batteries were dying because we were on the road for a while which stressed us out with the issue we had picking up the keys.
