The garden wasn’t well maintained. No plastic cups plates or bowls for kids and no drying cloth.

The unit and surroundings were all neat, clean and tidy. The unit had a beautiful sea view. It was a unit that had everything and that we needed for our stay. I will definitely go back for another stay.

Location and security,l
There are parts of the property that need attention. No light in outdoor shower, storage shed outside is broken and in a terrible state, bath toilet and shower is in serious need of a clean, main bed is uncomfortable.

Close to the beach. (On the beach )
Used old stuff. Not maintained.
Pillows horrible
Duvet horrible
Rust everywhere
Cutlery old and the Draws is disgusting
Honestly needs a paint and renovation for what one pays.
Would think that there will be fiber by now on today's day and age.
Baths is old. Better to do a shower. Inside.
But the worst is the staff.
Seeing that the booking was confirmed with bookings.com.
Ballito Agencies will still push u to pay in advance and force payments. Due to a event in the region (comrades )
Just based off this. Ill ensure to never use Ballito Agencies again.
