Pebble Beach unit was great. Scenery was fantastic. The unit itself was top class.
Misleading advert. Didn't realize that the unit is at Boulders Bay and the inconvenience with the key locks and codes both at collection and then when checking in at Boulders Bay .Also didn't like the corridor and upstairs noises.

The place is beautiful and welcoming and a good place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. I enjoy every moment

Our check in was a delay and cost us more.Kirsty was not helpful the day before our check in I told her we will Uber she didn't tell me that I need to pickup the key from somewhere, even the day of check in when I ask her about the keys while we were at the gate she said with rude voice that read the instruction and hang up. I called again 😭 asking why she is doing that she said I told you read the instructions I have sent you, instead of having a solution and explaining .I was not happy she was not helpful but rude
Not notified that no cleaner will be available throughout our stay .Check out is so early 9h00
