The unit is nice and spacious and cover all the needs. The location is very good and the outside pool area very clean and comfortable.

We were only informed on arrival that the main room on the ground floor aircon was not working - this resulted in having some to sleep very uncomfortably in hot humid conditions. The ceiling fan in the room could also not be used - when switched on the fan jumps and wobbles around on the sealing casuing the chains to knock agains each other and the glass bulb cover. Making sleeping whilst on impossible. Their was no alternative - like a floor fan - even offered. This is not acceptable if you are paying for a unit with aircons - especially in the climate such as Durban. We were also only issued with one set of keys so we had quite a few times where some had to wait for other to be able to leave. It was indicated that we will be advised about a second set but never got notified.

I like that the beach was practically in your backyard

Comfortable beds, enough space and bathrooms

Loadshedding as we just arrived, it's was very interesting that our next door tenants had electricity. The TV is too high, it's causes neck pains, so uncomfortable.

Location was great with easy access to the beach Clean and spacious living area.

At a beach apartment, the limitation of two towels for two guests for a four day stay was ridiculous. And thereafter a charge for new towels. Towels would only be replaced in 7 days. No handtowels available. Television was way too high. Like stated in other reviews. The garage door did not lock and the door leading from the garage to the main living area was broken which meant anyone in the block could have entered-people should not take valuables Breakage fee was there but no indication of the items in the apartment that were already broken( so very easy to blame the current occupants Read carefully before booking. Random non refundable service fee of 400 above cost of apartment.
