I liked the beach access and the safety of the estate. The access to both the private beach and thompsons bay were perfect and allowed for both leisurely swimming and fishing.
The distance to the beach access points could be helped with golf cart shuttles.

I love that the beach and pool are within walking distance. They had 2 beach towels, which we didn't need but were glad they were there should we have needed. Stayed in Perissa before, so loved that the unit had ocean views but wasn't completely ocean-facing, as this meant the unit was nice and clean, not sticky from humidity and salt.
Ground floor with visitors' parking bay right outside the door, so unpacking and packing the car was my favourite part as I was travelling with my mum and young daughter. Also, the dedicated parking is close by and well covered.
I loved the location, would definitely love to go back.
nothing not to like. It's not a new flat, but it's very well-kept.
