Ballito Stays - The Beacon

The place was spacious and overall clean.

Forms should have be completed before I arrive and not when I enter the security gate. After a long journey with major traffic jams I was requested by security that I had to complete these forms at the gate before going into the apartment. The security were amazing throughout my stay though. The dish towels are in an aweful state and should be replaced. Because of this, I had to wash all dishes before using and used paper towels to wipe. The 2 x single beds were extremely uncomfortable There seems to be a challenge with the drainage system especially in the shared shower. Intermittently there was a delay in the water drainage. It would be nice to have a cleaner cleanup. Also, therevus a pic on bookings.com that gives one an idea that there is a balcony. This is deceiving. Please take note that the property description doesn't mention balcony though. I should have been more thorough when booking.
