The apartment was loverly , beautifully decorated and in a good location
The agent that dropped off the keys was rude and in a hurry. DSTV did not work.The entire time during the stay a team of painters were working around the apartment making a huge noise and staring into the unit without giving any privacy at all , this was totally unacceptable especially since our teenage daughter was with us and they were trying to look into both the bedroom and bathroom. The patio area could not be used as all furniture had been moved as they were painting in the area , resulting in us having to remain inside the unit at all times. Owner must have been notified beforehand of the work that was done. If we had been notified we would have booked elsewhere ,unfortunately this ruined a wonderful break.On departure we insisted that the agent check the unit with us so that we could get our breakage deposit. 30 hours later once the deposit was refunded we were notified of a missing lock ....
