Convenient for the size of our family and very comfortable.
Location. 8001-8003 are the furthest to access with luggage or late at night.

Very Clean property
The main Bedroom door Lock upstairs does not latch, you can only close the door properly by locking it from inside.
The TV’s keep loosing connectivity, which puts you off watching
The Aircon in the main Bedroom was not working, particularly Heating
The Gas Braai Only works on one
Offering One Access Card for a House that takes 8 people who would have used 2 cars does not make sense - and was disappointing

The interior is very nice and spacious but not exactly as advertised on the pictures - not exactly what you’re getting in real life
Logistics and ease of access - it’s really an effort to get to places - you need a golf cart to get to the parking lot to pick up your car. Same with deliveries (checkers sixty and woolies dash) - they can’t get delivered to your unit - you need to drive the golf cart to go pick up your deliveries- not the stuff you wanna do on a holiday
