the process at the main gate, first the security couldn't locate my booking, only to find out that my room was changed and i was not informed

It was a nice location with good views of the ocean and easy access to most facilities.
The aircon in our room didn't work, the TV wasn't operational for the whole stay. One of the stove plates never switched on when you tried to cook.
