You can’t hire a driver and move as you please.you get one code per day 😞.some of us when your on holiday we don’t wanna drive.we were limited cause we hired a driver and his car.

Stunning house! Spacious, overflow lounge onto the pool deck, more than adequate lighting and architecturally pleasing to the eye. Plenty cupboard space and a linen cupboard for guests to access pool towels and a spare change of linen. Helper came in every day to clean up the place in order for it to be spotless. The usual Top Billing Stuff.

The booking manager could have made more of an effort to welcome guests and show us how to use the amenities instead of making us read lengthy manuals and only communicating via text. This booking isn't cheap and better service is expected. The availability of hot water in such a large house. Impossible for six guests to shower twice a day and water was cold after only two people showered. Oven was dirty - looked to be in high use on previous occasions but not cleaned before our arrival. Although there was a dishwashing machine which we used, there was no scrubbing/scouring tool for when we wanted to wash the frying pans. It is a self catering using - please provide quests with decent quality non-stick frying pans and sufficient paper towels. Bins did not have partitions for recycling - in the interests of being environmentally friendly, it would serve well to separate glass from other waste for the purposes of recycling. Perhaps update some linen as some pillowcases had holes in them. Aircon had 'locked setting’ which the reservation manager begrudgingly assisted with via WhatsApp instead of sending someone to assist. We eventually switched it off on the main switch. Amenities to get around the estate - owner or reservation manager discouraging guests to book or make use of golf carts, which would have made for easier travelling and enjoyment in the estate.

The location was perfect, the view into the section where the house is was stunning. You can also hear the waves from the bedroom which was a bonus. What I also liked was that this section of the Estate does not have as many monkeys as the other side. The biggest bonus was having the lady who came daily to come and clean the house. Very friendly and good at her work. Overall the house is nice and spacious, perfect for summer holidays.

If we had decided to cook, there would not have been enough pots and bowls. The fact that we paid a deposit meant we had to do an inspection on our first day. A suggestion would be for the owner to have a check list or someone to check upon the arrival of guests. We also could not really operate the aircon as its set on 18 degrees and controlled from the DB box.

It's a beautiful, peaceful place... I loved everything thing beside that visitors ain't allowed and we couldn't go to the pools
