Nice furniture but a bit old - sagging couches & soft beds Good "half" a view - like the main pic in the advert... Peaceful & spacious serviced daily :-)

Lock box was a bit flimsy. DSTV continuously glitchy Cutlery is old, broken knife, can opener did not work Bath towels are on the small side Floor tiles quite slippery, and oddly the carpets too - could not walk around bare-feet Finding the unit was difficult - no routes on GPS or Google maps; had to ask guards and random people (precise directions with road names would have been great) Zimbali is very big. Hot and cold mixers are swapped - hot was cold and vice versa.

The unit exceeded our expectations in every way. The amenities were excellent and well-maintained, the security gave us complete peace of mind, and the views were simply breathtaking. we found ourselves just stopping to take it all in. Zimbali is a truly special destination and this property made our stay unforgettable.

The only minor frustration was the air conditioner. We couldn't quite figure out the settings and never got it to our comfort level throughout the stay. A quick instruction guide in the unit would go a long way.

A clean spacious home with all the home comforts, comfortable beds. You feel safe in the area.

Although the home is located in the beautiful Zimbali Estate, the following are the things we didn't like: 1. The booking is made on the Booking.com site, but the rest is done by a 3rd party agent. Numerous forms are e-mailed which needs to be completed and returned with all the guests information, ID's etc 2. On arrival you must report to the office to get access. Every time you enter or exit the gate every guest in the vehicle must produce their ID's etc. 3.It takes approximately 15 min from the gate to the home. 4. The oven is complicated and there is no operating manual. 5 There is only partial sea view from the main bedroom. 6. Monkeys are a problem, you cannot leave any windows or doors open. So no fresh air.
